What information from my application is publicly available?

Only the system’s name, certification number, county, zip code, and size are available to the public as part of the qualified facilities report. It is not the intent of the PUC nor Program Administrator to release additional information. Inquiries for additional information may be requested under the Pennsylvania “Right-To-Know Law” (RTKL).
