On August 8, 2019, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission issued a Secretarial Letter stating that there will be a recalculation of the annual Alternate Energy Portfolio Standards Act (AEPS Act) Tier I obligations for the 2019 compliance year and an extension of the true-up compliance deadline to October 1, 2019.
